This is a Peak Performance Workshop for athletes ages 14 and up! Your ticket includes 1 chamber session plus 1 additional service. US Cryotherapy is excited to offer a Peak Performance Workshop with Nancy Georges; LMFT Sports Performance Psychotherapist. This workshop will include a Cryotherapy Chamber Session plus one add on service (Normatec, Theragun, or Localized cold spot treatment) followed an interactive workshop with Nancy to help your mental game by creating your own peak performance profile tailored to the mental skills necessary for your sport to excel. Nancy Georges is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a graduate certificate in Sport Psychology. She specializes in sport performance mental training with junior high, high school, college, and adult athletes at all competitive levels. Nancy's goal is to help athletes overcome mental roadblocks and acquire the mental toughness needed to excel in sport through reducing anxiety, building confidence, enhance positive self-talk, and improve athletic performance through mental skills training.
