Busy Local Licensed Commercial Contractor looking for experienced Painter, Plumbing, Flooring (LVT, Carpet,Tile), HVAC and Kitchen Fabricator. Must be Responsible, Reliable and sober with your own reliable transportation and tools for flooring. Please text or email level of experience and available start date. Info@VelocityContractorServices High Volume projects. Have Large Commercial flooring Jobs typically 1. 10,000 SY Carpet, 140,000 sqft LVT and 12,000 sq ft tile. 2. Large daily volume of turning Apartments with Carpet or LVT, typically 300-500 sqft. Handyman skills a plus for this option. Sometimes calls for removing and reinstalling toilet. Licensed is preferred, also have work for non-licensed. Must have own tools, Vehicle, be reliable and be good with computer. Jobs will be emailed with Sketch of Apartment diagram(for example) with items to be replaced. Many jobs are just carpet. Carpet will be on site. Must be able to remove existing carpet off site.
