Women have faced unique challenges during and as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic. In a recent survey, aimed at further understanding the numerous challenges that professional women are facing, Women Lead Change learned many things. The goal of the study was to help organizations, policymakers, communities, and families identify effective ways to support professional women. Women Lead Change sought to understand 1) professional women’s mental health, 2) their challenges attending to work and family responsibilities, and 3) what kind of support they needed most.
