Discover and celebrate nature on lower Codornices Creek Discover secrets of local nature and savor the late-summer loveliness of revitalized Codornices Creek with your choice of just strolling, a guided walk, hunting bugs, using free and easy cell-phone apps to identify plants and animals, and observing, magnifying, and photographing "tiny things" in nature. We'll end with snacks and sharing adventures! All ages welcome, though some activities not suitable for very young, active children. For more information, please email [email protected]. Volunteers have worked for more than 25 years to revitalize this little creek on the Berkeley-Albany border, once partly buried and edged by polluting industries, today our area's only trout stream.
