Lawn Service (Subcontractor) Needed Holloman Property Preservation LLC (HPP) is interested in subcontracting with a lawn service provider to service the Austin, TX area. The subcontractor would provide lawn service and maintenance of residential houses managed by a regional asset management and/or privately-owned company. Please ensure that you can provide lawn services within a 1 to 3-day timeframe from date of request for service. The HPP Quality Control Inspectors will ensure that the work is properly completed before payment is rendered. Must have the following equipment and able to complete a given checklist: ● Blower ● Broom w/dustpan ● Compost Bags (for mulch) – Will be provided by HPP ● Edger (w/ blade) ● Hedger/Trimmer ● Hedge Clippers ● Ladder ● Mower (push and riding) ● Rake ● Saw (chain and hand) ● Utility trailer or truck ● Weed eater IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, go to our website at www.hollomanpropertypreservationllc.com to complete the subcontractor’s application, agreement and Form 1099. Email us the completed and signed application/agreement and Form 1099. The email address is provided on the website. **NOTE** Subcontractors are NOT employees!!!
