In-demand jobs include: AIR DUCT CLEANING TECHNICIANS-Clean HVAC systems and Dryer Vent in residential and commercial facilities. Able to move and operate duct cleaning equipment and tools. Ability to access crawlspaces, attics. Also, requires attention to detail. HVAC TECHNICIANS-Clean and restore ventilation systems; Repair and replace refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. Provide efficient, diplomatic, and professional, customer service. HVAC Certified, Sales experience is a plus and have a clean driving record. KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD CLEANING TECHNICIANS - Power wash kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, filters, and exhaust fans. Set-up and tear down all equipment at the job sites. Operate cleaning equipment, such as wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses and pre-sprayers. Work efficiently as part of a team to assure the work can be completed during a specified window of for systems. Job Site can be at schools, restaurants, hotels, medical facilities, and other establishments with commercial and residential kitchens . Flexible Schedule(Night Shift) Required FIRE LIFE SAFETY TECHNICIAN- Fire Stopping and Fire Damper experience- Testing & repairing fire & smoke dampers- Testing of fire and smoke doors- Making non-accessible dampers accessible Inspection of firewalls- Providing accurate documentation for customer code compliance-Understanding of Computers and Software- Maintain professional, timely, communication with customers. SALES ESTIMATOR HVAC / INDOOR AIR QUALITY- Primary duties include attending job walks, drafts and submits estimates and bids, provides project management and cultivates new accounts. Management of their projects and have excellent communication skills. HVAC Service or HVAC Sales Experience-Ability to read mechanical plans and have Computer Skills.
