Description

Rivers & Lands Conservancy 8th Annual Fundraising Gala: Reconnecting Through Conservation Join us for an extra meaningful evening out as we reconnect with the community while celebrating local land conservation at the beautiful Crestmore Manor for our 8th Annual Gala on October 21st! The evening begins with a reception featuring appetizers, wine, locally brewed craft beer courtesy of Wicks Brewing Company, and a silent auction benefiting Rivers & Lands Conservancy's programs. Dinner includes a taco bar complete with your choice of shredded chicken, beef, or roasted veggies and tofu. We’re excited to introduce David Brunner, Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s new Executive Director, while enjoying delicious food, good company, and like-minded appreciation for the natural world. This year, we are pleased to honor retired Executive Director, Jack Easton, with our Environmental Excellence Award for his commitment to protecting land throughout the region and for his 29 years of dedication to Rivers & Lands Conservancy’s mission as a volunteer, a board member, and as staff. Rivers & Lands Conservancy depends on the support of our friends and the business community to carry out our mission. Thank you for supporting efforts to connect our community to Southern California's natural, wild and open spaces by being a part of our 8th Annual Gala! How to further support Rivers & Lands Conservancy: Check out our website for more event information and consider one of our many Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities! Sponsor a table for the event and invite your friends and family to participate! Rivers & Lands Conservancy will provide you with a formal acknowledgement of your contribution for tax purposes.
