DO YOU WANT SOME GROUND LEVEL EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE? OR JUST WANT SOME ADDED INCOME? We are hiring a dependable person to be our real estate investing company's Eyes on the Ground in Richmond and Columbia Counties, and (if need be a separate hire) in the City of Aiken itself. Responsibilities include: taking photos of the interior and exterior of properties, at the same time making walkthrough videos of properties, offering feedback on the general condition of the house, putting on and taking off lockboxes on contracted vacant houses (including keys), and showing properties under contract to people (mostly, one one hour long per property).
