Description

Everyone deserves relationships free from domestic violence. The objective of this workshop is to provide information, resources, and information to survivors of domestic violence. Domestic Violence is the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior as part of a systematic pattern of power and control perpetrated by one intimate partner against another. It is also a common cause of a traumatic brain injury (TBI) among the population. This event is funded and sponsored by COOLJC Region 8 SJEREC and the Family Empowerment Program. Re-Discover ME inspires women to rediscover the "ME" she wants to be. Concentrating in the areas of Lost Identity, Intersectional Trauma, and the Abuse of a woman.
