Learn to make fresh ricotta from whole milk!
Participants will learn how to make fresh ricotta cheese. Each participant will bring home the finished product, the recipe, and instructions. Recipe ideas will be shared.
Seats are limited to 8. This is a hands on class. Please, remove jewelry and tie hair (if long).
Children under 12 are not allowed. Teenagers over the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.
Cost of the class is $35 and it includes all materials.
