Breathwork - Sound Bath Meditation - Amplified Ambient Music - Local Art/Vendors - Tasty Food Make sure you arrive early! We will kick things off with a breathwork session led by Sharon. Following the breathwork, Sharon and her son, Ryan, will take us on a sonic journey beginning with their crystal singing bowls and ending with an ambient/downtempo DJ set! This month's special guest, Attix, is known for his phenomenal live ambient electronic music. Using his modular synths, Attix creates beautiful soundscapes that will carry your consciousness to another dimension. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, chair, flow toy, or anything else you'd like to enhance your experience!
