We are looking for a team of enthusiastic and reliable baristas to run an espresso/coffee tent setup at a monthly event. Prior experience as a barista or other cafe/restaurant/customer service position is preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -handling money. -setting up the tent (tent, generator, espresso/coffee drip machine, etc.) -carrying things, like crates of milk & coffee, up to 40 lbs. -having fun. -supporting your colleagues. -cleaning everything. -making amazing espresso/coffee. -smiling and making customers feel welcomed. : ) We are a family business looking to expand and are dedicated to building a strong team with a culture of respect, open communication and continuous learning. The event is once a month (first Sunday of the month). It starts early (5 am) and goes till about 2 pm.
