Vendor Booth Information All 10 x 10 booths will be assigned on a first come basis. Vendors must supply their own tent, table and chairs. Vendors MUST keep their areas clean of debris and trash at all times. Event staff will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind the may occur at your booth. Absolutely no subletting or donating booth. Vendor Set Up: Saturday, September 4, 2021, 11:00am-3:00pm Vendor Tear Down: Saturday, September 4, 2021, 10:00pm Vendor Booth Space Food Vendor: $250 (8 Spaces Available) We will carefully select applicants for food vendoring.  Food Vendor Application Business (Product Sales includes Baked Goods): $200 (4 Spaces Available) Arts/Cultural/Non Profit/Information:  $150 (4 Spaces Available) Restrictions:  The Heart & Soul Music Festival respects trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights. No “bootleg” items will be permitted. Such items include: audiotapes, video tables or any other merchandise of illegal nature. Our staff will inspect the products you plan to sell prior to setup. You will forfiet your right to participate in the Heart & Soul Music Festival if any violation are found. No Refunds will be given. . Indemnification:   The vendor agrees that he/she will indemnify and save The Heart & Soul Music Festival and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents harmless and free from all damage or other liabilities within the facility or adjacent thereto by reason of any injury to persons or property occasioned by an act of omission of the vendor or any of its officers, agents, employees, guests or other persons admittedly the vendor upon the premises and vendor agrees at its own cost and expense to defend and protect The Heart & Soul Music Festival and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents and all such claims and demands including attorney and paralegal fees. *Vendor/I understand that it is solely my responsibility to comply with all conditions of this agreement/application.
