DUTIES: - Thoroughly inspect vehicles and report findings to Service Advisors - Diagnose issues timely and accurately - Conduct regular maintenance work such as replacing fluids, lubricating parts, and replacing brakes. - Inspecting internal systems and controls to ensure the vehicle is operating properly and in compliance with state regulations - Performing test drives, inspections, and other diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify where problems exist and determine which parts need to be repaired/replaced - Maintain equipment and tools in good condition - Engaging in learning opportunities and trainings to update job knowledge and technical skills REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced Level Technicians: 8+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role - Mid Level Technicians: 2+ years experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role - Entry Level Technicians: 6+ months experience as a technician or similar role - Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles - Ability to handle various tools - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player - Strong time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Must have clean driving record and background check - High school diploma is preferred - Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a plus WHAT WE OFFER: - Set schedule Monday - Friday (shop is closed on weekends and major holidays) - Paid time off and paid holidays - Medical benefits - Updated equipment, software systems, and tablets for each technician - Uniforms and laundry service - Free team lunches on Fridays - Positive work environment TO APPLY: Please send your resume to [email protected] Do NOT call the main business line as we are focused on working with clients.
