Job Title: Property General Maintenance Manager, Full Time Villa Santa Cruz Cooperative is a senior mobile home park made up of 121 resident owned units. We employ our own administrative, maintenance and grounds keeping staff. All residents are at least 55 years old. We are currently seeking a full-time general maintenance manager who is competent at repair, maintenance, installation and/or replacement of mechanical, electrical or structural elements associated with the common area buildings, swimming pool and spa, roads and public lighting, utility service lines, irrigation systems, and maintenance storage areas. In addition, the General Maintenance manager provides reading, recording, and replacement of utility meters, general maintenance and cleanup of common areas, clubhouse, and pool, collection, and placement of disposable waste for curbside collection, assistance to grounds keeping staff when required, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for park events, and such ancillary duties associated with buildings and grounds as may from time to time occur. This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary commensurate with experience and abilities. A valid California driver’s license and criminal background check are required.
