Whether you aspire to be a yogi or simply want a night of intentional community, this is the event for you. We are coming together to offer both yin/yang and moon salutation yoga classes, delicious cocktails, and an incredible sound bath to create an evening of fun and peace. The event will also feature a variety of vendors selling things like CBD products, glassworks, handmade jewelry, plant based treats, and more! You will begin with an enhanced guided meditation in stillness and follow with a slow flow, moving meditation - a series of poses to connect you with each of the 7 chakras in the body. Experience a new layer of your practice with this all levels, cannabis friendly yoga class. Yin/Restorative Yoga with 612 Yoga blends methods of Yin and Restorative yoga to create an intense release. Yin energy is cooling and quieting and brings deep release to our joints and fascia; Restorative yoga postures are used to calm the mind and replenish our nervous systems. When combined, these 2 practices can bring an incredible release. Sound Bath Led by RO Psycho Spirituality. Bronze and Quartz Singing Bowls; In their holistic and integrative approach, facilitate concentration, mental clarity, relaxation, generate positive thinking, mental focus, helps to fall asleep and are ideal as a tool for meditation, self control and integration of emotions.
