Ruff Start Rescue's Adoption Events are back! Come celebrate National Adoption Week(end) at Elk River Petsmart from 11am to 1pm and meet some of our adoptable animals! If an animal you're interested in is not posted as attending this event, please go to www.ruffstartrescue.org and submit an adoption application to set up a meet and greet with the animal once your application has been processed and approved. ****ATTENTION CURRENT RSR FOSTERS**** This is not the sign up to attend the event with your foster.
