Hosted every 3rd Sunday of the month; you can share your own work or read from your favorite poets and/or writers. Everyone can participate. Just Cares, Inc. is a 501(C)3 located in the heart of Downtown Lakeland, Florida. Just Cares, Inc. presents a FREE Poetry, Spoken Word, and Open Mic Night every 3rd Sunday of the month to help promote the sharing of writings, inspirations, and thoughts for our community. You can share your own work or read from your favorite poets and/or writers. Light refreshments and snacks available for purchase. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate and share what inspires them! Doors open @ 6:00 pm and readings start @ 6:30 pm. Any proceeds, sponsorships, and donations will help Just Cares Inc. which is a 501(c)3 Non-for-profit, to provide future programs and events to our community.
