Music & More is a developmental playgroup for children 12-24 months. Child must be 12-24 months old on or before playgroup start date. There is a $25 fee for this 5-week in-person playgroup session. Registration Required. The dates for this playgroup are as follows, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19 from 9:00am to 10:00am on Thursdays. Music & More targets early childhood development through music and other activities. Music boosts language and literacy development, understanding of math concepts, self-expression and motor skills. A facilitator provides experiences including songs, rhymes, storytelling and more. Caregivers will learn activities that help to develop brain connections and social/emotional skills. Child must be 12-24 months old on or before playgroup start date. Our agency continues to closely follow and monitor CDC guidelines in respect to COVID-19. As such, anyone over the age of three is required to wear a mask for our in-person playgroups. We ask that you sign up for only ONE in-person group per session. Playgroups are for the registered child only - siblings who are not yet mobile are able to accompany the registered child, though the infant must stay in a carrier or be worn in an infant wrap for the duration of the playgroup. We are proud to serve any family, any baby in the Hillsborough County area. Your presence and participation in our playgroups is what matters to us, the $25 fee can be waived upon request. Baby Bungalow’s mission is to promote happier, healthier families by coordinating and providing programs and resources that enhance early childhood development and support families of children ages 0 to 5.
