We are a small business general contractor that builds new-construction multi and single family homes, and residential remodels. We are seeking a casual-time laborer for as-needed work, on an on-call basis. The ideal person would be someone who is looking to make extra income, and has a flexible schedule. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. All applicants are encouraged to inquire. Work includes: -Cleaning and preparing job sites -Digging -Light demo -Loading and unloading materials and equipment. -Transporting materials using company vehicle Requirements: -Ability to receive direction and learn -Flexible availability -Positive and respectful attitude -Reliable transportation Desirable (but not required): -1099 or subcontractors -Carpentry skills -Construction experience -License, bond and insurance Employment type: This position is preferably for a licensed, bonded and insured 1099 contractor. For all other applicants, this position would be as a W-2 employee.
