STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Department of Health invites parents, teenagers, and young adults to tune in to a free, live, virtual town hall on Thursday, July 15 from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as healthcare professionals set the record straight on some of the most widespread myths about the COVID-19 vaccine and how COVID-19 affects kids, teenagers, and young adults. Additionally, Stamford residents Lili and Juana Levano will share their heartwarming story. This 30-minute virtual town hall session will be moderated by Geovanna Fiallos, APRN-BC, City of Stamford Family Nurse Practitioner and feature Dr. Rod Acosta, Chief Physician Executive, President and CEO of Stamford Health Medical Group and Dr. Ester Ramirez, Pediatrician.
