ROCKVILLE, MD — Visitors to Rockville Town Square will now have two hours of free garage parking with on validation required, the city announced Thursday. Middle Lane and North Washington Street Rates after two hours: 2-3 hours: $13-4 hours: $34-5 hours: $55+ hours: $12This isn't the only parking change in Rockville this week — the mayor and city council just approved a sharp increase in fines for parking too close to a fire hydrant, in a fire land or in a handicap spot without the correct permit.
