Who we are looking for: A landscape construction foreman to lead our install divisions, specifically a driver! Must have 3+ years minimum experience with grading, hardscapes, irrigation, lighting, and planting. A landscape Maintenance foreman to lead maintenance teams. Must have a valid driver's license, 3+ years experience in maintenance, and at least 1-year of leadership. Crew members who are excited to learn, open to taking direction, and have at least some prior experience in landscaping. Proficiency in English, preferably conversational in Spanish. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate large machinery and work long hours in hot climate conditions safely. Ability to understand landscape terminology and successfully execute design plans and installation from start to finish. What we need from you: Ability to pass a thorough background check provide at least 2 references from previous employers Must have a valid SC driver’s license What we can offer: Full-time Monday – Friday work schedule (6:45am-5pm), with optional weekend work for extra hours.
