Seeking a grounds keeper for 288 unit apartment complex. Job will require manual labor. Picking up trash throughout the community. You will assist the Maintenance Tech and Maintenance Supervisor in light maintenance of occupied units, and vacant units. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, honest and cares about the work they do. We have a GREAT team at our community. We will have to do a background check and drug test. If you don't think you'll pass, please don't apply. PAYING 16-17 an hour depending on skill set. Monday-Friday 8-5 :)
