We are hiring temporary staff to assist with apartment turnover in Davis to start as soon as possible. This position will assist the Maintenance Manager with groundskeeping and making all necessary repairs and replacements across the property and in vacated apartments in preparation for move-in day.
Duties include:
-Trash clean-up, keeping parking lot and refuse areas clear of items
-Screens replacement
-Lock replacement/repair
-Servicing appliances
-Blinds
-Lightbulbs, covers, and fixtures
-Switch plates and trim
-Sweep pool and spa
Qualified candidates will exhibit the following qualities:
-Organized and neat
-Energetic and active
-Punctual, efficient and time-conscious
-Focused and observant
-Cooperative with office and maintenance management
Experience in property management preferred!
Job Type: Temporary (Immediate start through mid-September)
