Assembly Technician (Full Time/Sign on Bonus/Full Benefits/PTO/Holiday/Quarterly Bonus) Also Energy is looking for full time Assembly Technician to join our Production Team. This role will primarily read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics and follow them with precision. This is a full time, direct hire position. Looking to hire immediately. Interview for this position will be a working interview in person with the team. Sign on bonus, quarterly companywide bonuses AND Before Holiday Bonus! Also Energy is offering an estimated $500 sign on bonus that will be paid out on first payroll. Please note, it is an estimated amount because we actually pay a bonus of $625 in order to take on the majority of the tax, in hopes the Net bonus equals roughly $500, depending on personal tax elections. In addition, we are offering a $1000 bonus to be paid out the 2nd week of December if you are still with the company and shown good attendance and reliability. If interested, please reach out. Physical Demands - Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently - Regular, predictable attendance is required - Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts - Frequently exposure to outside weather conditions - Ability to stand at a workstation terminal for an extended period Qualifications - Reliability: Looking for someone who will report to the office M-F 7:00 am-3:30 pm MT - Reliable transportation to and from Boulder, CO required - Experience as an assembler or using hand tools (e.g., crimpers, handheld drills, wire nips) - Technical knowledge and ability to read single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, sales orders - Good understanding of quality control principles - Excellent hand-eye coordination - Contingent on satisfactory background check - No violent crimes - Most non-job-related misdemeanors will not exclude you from consideration - Feel free to message us if you have questions/concerns on your specific background - COVID-19 vaccine required with card proof - can use paid worktime after start date to schedule and attend vaccine appointments if not yet vaccinated Job Details - Pay: Hourly $15-$18.00 based on background/experience - We are paid every other Friday for the prior two weeks - Eligible for company quarterly bonus - Overtime is 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any time worked over 40 in a week - Catered lunch provided every Friday - Coffee and tea provided all day, every day - Celebration events hosted throughout the year - Full health benefits on the first of the month following hire - 3 paid weeks of PTO per year (accrued) - 11 paid holidays per year - 401k retirement available after 90 days with employer match - Work location: 5400 Airport Blvd. Suite 100 Boulder, CO 80301 - Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm MT (one hour lunch)
