Description
CONCORD, NH — Concord firefighters and New Hampshire State Police were sent to a rollover crash on Wednesday.
Around 9 p.m., a witness reported the crash on the northbound side of the highway, near the Exit 12 off-ramp. The driver was then taken to Concord Hospital.
Unbeknownst at the time Patch published the crash post, there was a dog in the SUV that was thrown during the accident. Firefighters and others were in the area trying to find the dog.
Around 10:30 p.m., a note was posted on the Granite State Dog Recovery Facebook site, warning residents to use caution when driving on I-93 between Exits 12 and 13, due to a small black dog missing after the crash.
About 45 minutes after the post was published, the dog was found, unharmed, in Concord, and returned to the owner.
NEWS 603 posted a video from the accident scene on YouTube.com Wednesday night.
