We are an Ann Arbor-based janitorial company looking for someone to work part-time assisting in various buildings in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. This is a position for someone who likes to move around and not be in the same place all the time. It ranges from filling in for cleaning, inspecting buildings, training staff, and more. If you enjoy meeting different people or working alone at times this is a nice position. There is some flexibility to the job but with the understanding that when a need arises, we must respond. Most of the work is evenings after 4:00-5:00 pm, there could be an occasional weekend, the average will be 15-20 hours per week and approximately 3-4 evenings per week. One year of experience in building services is preferred but we will also train the right person. Some of the requirements are that the individual must have their own transportation.
