Hourly Garden Weeding

I need someone flexible, reliable, kind, and generally a pleasure to work with. If you would like to weed and mulch at an hourly wage, I have tools. For the first time on the job, we will just work for two hours and you can see how it goes and whether my situation suits you. Removing sod for future planting is also on my list. My yard is not huge and I try to do much of it myself but I am retired and strained my back a bit hefting a bag of potting soil. I am in the Virginia Park neighborhood. Thanks!
