My boyfriend and I are looking for a home. We're looking to pay a years worth of rent upfront. We have 2 dogs and a cat. No criminal background, no evictions. Looking for a 3 bedroom. With a fenced in yard if possible. And 2 car garage. We don't meet the 3X the rent most places require. But we both work, and can pay the whole year lease upfront.
