ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Thursday. Here is the information: DUI Eric Funes Pascual, 19, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Monday on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of open alcohol in a motor vehicle, improper lane usage and improper lighting. He was released on bond. According to a police report, he was found to have never been issued a driver's license. Open cars of beer were in plain view. Yesenia Figueroa, 28, of Des Plaines, was arrested about 11 p.m. Monday at Grand and County Line on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol. She was released on bond. Police said an open bottle of alcohol was found in her car. Drug possession Raul Serratos, 58, of Chicago, was arrested about noon Monday at the Shell gas station, 654 W. North, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, officers were called about an intoxicated man, later identified as Serratos, inside a restroom. He was found with a cut straw containing heroin residue and five baggies of heroin. Warrant Gustavo Funes, 60, of Bensenville, was arrested at 5 a.m. Monday at Thorntons gas station, 467 N. York St., on a DuPage County Sheriff's Office warrant. He was unable to post the required bond, so he was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, officers responded to a suspicious person at the gas station. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
