In need of a kitten foster who can give medical treatment

I have 3 kittens that are 6 weeks old. They are eating soft foods and drinking water. All available fosters seem to be full. I found out one kitten has ring worm. I need help because I do not have the time to care for these baby's I have children and other pets keeping them all separated is very difficult 😔 if anyone knows any rescues that will help me please let me know.
