At the highest level this position supports the Headwaters (HW) Safety Protocols and Operates the Machine (Mobius Trimmer) to its fullest capacity. Key Responsibilities: Assist with Batch ID’s to ensure they are straight and together. Assist with Printing labels and making sure the labels match the product accordingly. Assist with the Maintenance of the Mobius Trimmer, tinkering with parts to ensure the machine is operating to its fullest capability. Assist with taring weight and making sure the numbers correctly match each batch accordingly. Adheres to the facility maintenance schedule. Cleaning the machine, this includes daily pressure washing and weekly degreasing. Other duties as assigned. The candidate must have: Ability to stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs over their head. Ability to adhere to deadlines. Awareness of the Majiuana plant, knows how to respond to both dry and wet batches. Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences. Must be 21 years of age or older. Able to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization. The Ideal Candidate: Driven, motivated and passionate about life inside and outside of work. Able to creatively problem solve and remain calm under challenging conditions. Experience with first aid application. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
