The House of Transformations is a faith-based non-profit organization in Anchorage Alaska. HOT is looking for resident monitors to go to all houses and ensure safety. Job duties include but not limited to: -Taking head count at curfews -Ensuring safety of all residents by enforcing all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures -Respond to emergencies such as AWOL, evictions, and move ins -Conduct UAs, room searches, and pat-downs -Peer support / building relationships with residents to better refer or assist them -Providing rides on occasion (vehicle required for this position) -Hold house meetings for the houses -Taking inventory on supplies in each house -Documentation daily -Doing daily walk-thru of each unit both inside and out -Watching the cameras for suspicious activities -Attend training / healing regularly with team -and other tasks as assigned by Director and Program Manager Minimum Requirements Must be great problem solver Must have vehicle (with valid DL) Must be 21 years or older Must be trainable and mold-able Must be able to pass background screening Must be able to pass drug screen Rate is DOE. Shifts are 8 and or 12 hour shifts.
