Charity Kickball Tournament Set For August At Coaling Ballpark

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Looking to get outside for some fun while also helping out a worthy cause? A charity kickball tournament will be hosted Saturday, Aug. 21 at the Coaling Ballpark to benefit outreach efforts for a local church. Click here to subscribe to our free Tuscaloosa Daily newsletter and breaking news alerts Cost for registration will be $150 per team, which includes lunch, with all proceeds going to the Defend the Orphans ministry at Coaling Baptist Church. The Christian-based initiative aims to provide aid to orphans both domestic and international. The double-elimination tournament will include separate adult and student divisions, with teams composed of 8-12 players. Student teams can have up to two players who are over 19 years of age.
