We are seeking thoughtful, intelligent individuals to participate in a juror focus group project. Your participation and decisions will have an effect on real people in a pending case. If you have ever been interested in being a juror but don't have a week to spend in court - this is for you. This is a confidential matter. As such, qualified candidates must attend by PC or tablet (no cellphones permitted), must be able to sit for two hours (bathroom breaks permitted) without interruption, and must be in a private setting with private internet access only (no public WiFi such as library or Starbucks). You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement electronically through Docu-Sign, and you agree to act appropriately throughout the meeting. You will be paid $75 for your participation only if you attend the full 2-hour focus group. Focus groups will be held on two different days, Monday July 19, 2021 and Tuesday July 20, 2021. The session times are as follows (limit only one session per participant): 9:00am – 12:00noon; 1:00pm – 4:00pm; and 5:00pm – 8:00pm. If you are selected, a staff member will send you a Zoom meeting invite with meeting instructions along with payment instructions to your email for the date and time you are scheduled to attend.
