Housekeeper Needed for KIND High Profile Family in Bel Air Location: Bel Air Schedule: M-F, 10am-6pm Compensation: $30-35/hour DOE + full benefits This is a dream job! A VERY kind and generous husband/wife team is seeking an all star housekeeper to help maintain their beautiful home in Bel Air. The couple has 4 adult children and young grandchildren that frequent the house, and at those times the house can be quite busy. However, for about half of the year, the couple is busy traveling and will not be at the home. During this time the house undergoes general maintenance/renovations/deep cleaning/taking inventory, etc. The home is fully staffed, with a house manager, chef, housemen, and one other housekeeper. Please be experienced or comfortable working on a team! When on vacation or visiting their Cabo home, the couple would love if you would join them for 1-2 weeks to assist with packing/unpacking and just to be an extra set of hands! There may be times (although rare) that you are needed to cover the weekend housekeeper on a Saturday if they are out on vacation. If you ever work more than 5 days per week you will be paid overtime. The ideal candidate has experience working in high end homes and has longevity working with families. Please be comfortable with animals as there are two large dogs in the home (they have a dog walker and dog groomer, so caring for them will not be part of your duties). This is a LOVELY, down to earth family and they are genuinely good people who will treat you well! They would love to find a happy person with good energy who can help keep this a happy home! The couple will be interviewing in person beginning the first week of August, but a thorough screening process with multiple interviews will be completed prior to that date. Not required, but would be nice Standard daily cleaning – linens, laundry, vacuuming, deep cleaning Covid vaccinated Fluent in English When the family is present- must wear black and white attire including collar shirt during working hours – no short shorts (knee shorts ok), water shoes or flip flops at anytime Advise House Supervisor before ending your shift daily General interior walk-through of the house every morning upon arrival Thorough walk-through of your assigned areas every Friday Windowsills in all areas must be cleaned weekly Laundry/ironing/storage Stock rooms with all necessary items (water, toilet paper, etc) Organize kids’ shelves/closets/desks Runs errands as directed Answer phones/gate when needed SupportChef when needed Collect mail Close and secure all doors/gates before leaving
