I need a yard

Help....I need a yard for my dog to run in for just an hour or two a day. He's a 4 year old american bulldog/boxer mix...he's a great dog except he has other animal issues that's why I cant just take him anywhere to run....there has to be no other animals...because of that and other circumstances he and I both live in my truck...he goes to doggie daycare as much as I can afford but he still needs to run and play. If u can help me he and I would greatly appreciate it...I will clean up any mess he makes..thanks for reading
