We are a general contracting company with a large referral base providing residential remodeling services to the San Diego area. We specialize in installing cabinets for home center clientele, home builders, residential contractors and homeowners. We are growing rapidly and need someone who is interested in growing with us. This can be a positive career move for the right candidate. Pay is commensurate with experience We are looking to fill two positions: One is a lead cabinet installer requiring 5+ years’ cabinet installation experience with residential remodeling experience. The other is a general laborer who will travel to various jobsite locations in our company vehicle assisting our field crew. Must provide resume and credible references. This is a full-time position and we are looking to hire immediately. Must have valid Driver’s license, your own transportation. Pay is based on level of experience and work performance during the first 30 days. You will be in the customer’s homes (many times on your own) and this job requires: · An above average can-do attitude when dealing with the homeowner. · Reliability with a strong work ethic. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW UP AT 7:30 AM 5 days a week · Taking healthy pride in your work. · Familiarity with framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry installation. · A complete set of proper and reliable tools allowing you to work independently. · Skill at trim work such as crown molding and decorative appliance panel installation · Properly identifying missing, damaged or incorrect parts and generating a parts list · Maintaining a clean work site · Thinking on your feet to resolve problems creatively and quickly to the satisfaction of all parties. Requirements and Qualifications · High school diploma. · Must have majority of relevant power tools needed · Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times. · Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity General construction carpentry skills and added plus Job Type: Full-time Respond via email.
