Research Study on Hoarding in your Community Do You Have Trouble throwing things out? Do you have too much clutter? Have friends and family complained that you save too many things? If so, Dr. James Pittman at the University of California, San Diego is conducting a research study that may be right for you! This study is currently recruiting English and Spanish-speaking individuals with hoarding behaviors from East San Diego and Imperial County to participate and engage in two focus groups to discuss the treatment and service needs of the community. Focus groups will take place virtually via Zoom in the next couple of months. This is not an intervention or treatment group, but rather a focus group to learn and discuss the needs of the community as it relates to hoarding behaviors.
