HELP !! - - Need help burning DVD's from YouTube

I am having an awful time trying to burn YouTube video segments to blank DVD's ! Would appreciate any help here - - either in person or by phone, walking me through the steps. I have a brand new 50-disc Philips DVD-R discs. thanks ! Steve
