Found small/ medium chipped female dog Arden & Rose

Found lost female golden small/ medium dog wearing two collars one red one plastic grey that may be a flea collar. Was chipped in 2016 per vet I took her to. Found her on Rose & Arden in El Monte down the street from the dmv. Will call shelter in morning, taking to Los Angeles overnight. Please contact with any information
