Missing Russian Blue cat from Mission Beach

This happened at Mission Beach in the MARINERS POINT parking lot. She might have been scooped by someone thinking she was lost or homeless. She does have a purple collar with a purple heart name tag that says "MOLLY". Shes a Russian Blue (dark grey/blueish) with Emerald green eyes. Shes 17 yrs old and has asthma and needs her medicine twice daily. She is everything in the world to me. I'm offering.a $500 REWARD for her return Or even information of her location that leads to her back in my arms. Thank you
