Searching for a studio space

Hi there! I grew up in Corvallis but just now moving back after some time away - I make pottery for a living and I’m having a tough time finding a space to get a studio set up. I only need a couple hundred square feet at the absolute most - and a garage or somewhere with good ventilation and the ability to set up a 240v kiln would be a blessing! I’m a fairly tidy potter but by nature the craft is messy and dusty. I can be a hyper clean potter if needed:^) I’m expecting to pay rent for the space and would be open to discussing what you’d need in compensation. Thanks for lookin’!
