We are currently paying a $250 bonus for new hires* CAM Property Services provides professional property services to more than 1,300 commercial, multifamily, office and industrial properties valued at over $7 billion across California. Our team of experts provide landscaping, janitorial, power sweeping, steam cleaning, day porter, and construction services that protect and enhance a property’s appeal and value. CAM was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Torrance, California. We are looking for a Landscape Crew Member for our San Diego Office. The Landscape Crew Member will Provide landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties. You would safely operate commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Description · Minor irrigation repairs · Trenching, digging, and preparing soil · Planting of plants, shrubs, and trees · Irrigation installation (both spray and drip) · Spreading of mulch · Cutting turf, trimming, and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment · Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches · Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch · Picking up trash and debris · Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe · Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customer *Bonus terms • Must start employment between July 15, 2021-September 15, 2021 • Payouts will occur in installments: • $100.00 paid second pay period of employment • $150.00 paid in pay period after 120 days of employment • Must be employed with CAM at the time of payout. • There is a one-year payback clause if your employment is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) prior to your first-year anniversary.
