LOOKING FOR A SHARED REHEARSAL ROOM

I'm a 54yr old doom and gloom metalhead/multi instrumentalist in need of a rehearsal space. It will be just me (1) renting. I can afford up to $350 and have a bit of equipment such as an electronic Roland drum set, a few guitar cabinets, small desk, 1 16space rack, and some MIDI keyboards. Yes I play all these instruments and write my ideas using all this gear into the DAW desk. I am in need of a space to rent a decent size room with someone reliable. Don't need hourly spaces and must be able to leave my gear there. I also don't smoke anything and seldom drink. I'm willing to look for one together and my name has to be on the lease also as I am NOT in it for a short time.
