Hot Tub Pirates Hot Tub Pirates is looking for full time Spa Delivery Crew Members that are hardworking, motivated and professional. Crew Members provide spa delivery services for a national retail spa chain’s traveling spa shows. DUTIES: - Delivery Crew Members are responsible for loading spas at spa show, traveling with our driver to customer’s home, and delivering spas safely and properly to the customer’s planned site - Setting up and tearing down spa shows - Provide superior customer service during all customer interactions, which includes: - Reviewing all paperwork with customers - Providing on site basic chemical/spa orientation - Assist delivery team in identifying, inspecting, and staging spas prior to delivery date - Maintaining an efficient, professional demeanor at all times. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 - 100 lbs. - Able to safely lift and move spas with the assistance of the team and equipment - Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact professionally with customers during delivery - Must work well with others - Must be able to travel 3-6 weeks at a time.
