Job duties include, but not limited to the following: • Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the plumbing trade • Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtured in all types of structures. • Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work • Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies • Performing cutting, welding, and assembling of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures • Valid Driver License with good driving record • Knowledge of building codes regulations • Working familiarity with plumbing materials and their appropriate use • Proficiency in Math • Ability to show initiative • High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent • Education from college, trade school or military • Reliable, detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks. • A thorough understanding of the plumbing industry and code compliance • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Efficient skills and knowledge in using plumbing tools and equipment • Excellent skills and knowledge in using plumbing tools and equipment • Excellent written verbal, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice • Minimum of 2-years’ experience as plumbing installer Benefits • 401(k) Plan • Dental Insurance • Medical Insurance • Vision Insurance • Vacation
