Field Service Support/Warehouse Manager Compensation: Exempt $48,000 - $55,000 / Year Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision and (401K after first year) We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Field Service Support to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be managing installation results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. As a secondary part of this role the Field Service Support associate would manage the warehouse deliveries and carpet pad / carpet inventory and ensure quick load out for installers in the morning who are trying to get out to customers houses for installation. A successful Field Service Support is a trustworthy professional masterminding the installation processes. They design the goals and success markers, determine how success will be measured and tracked. They ensure the job remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals. Field Service Support act as a liaison between the project team, customers, and upper level management. They prepare and present progress reports and ensure the installation is furthering organizational goals. Position Summary: The Field Service Support is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. The Field Service Support oversees all aspects of flooring projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of each project. Duties: v 70% Travel/Field time v Assists the scheduling coordinators in scheduling and dispatch of service installers v Supervises the flow of flooring product from the store to the warehouse technician to the customer v Builds sound customer relationships, provides solutions, and assists in ease of construction project(s) v Assists unloading and loading of pad trucks along with proper inventory management v Conducts job site visits for installation management, proper quality installation and customer service v Is the liaison between store and customers for ease of installation v Conducts store visits to train associates for proper installation processes of product for start to finish customer service v Direct liaison between stores and installers, customers, and requests for purchase orders v Conduct installer meetings to include safety, proper customer service and installation process v Maintain warehouse/facility and job site cleanliness v Other duties as assigned Job Skills: v Excellent communication in technological, verbal, and written skills v Strong attention to detail to process paperwork, create accurate scheduling solutions and investigative skills to provide timely installation solutions v Demonstrated excellent customer service working in client facing roles v Regularly contributes strategic ideas to enhance growth and improve store and customer relationships v Strong desire to contribute to the growth phase of a company that emphasizes culture and employee engagement v Reliability to maintain expected operational hours Mon – Friday 8 AM - 6 PM (additional time as needed including some weekends) Required: v 1 to 2 years previous experience in a project management role or the installation industry v Associate degree or equivalent v Valid Driver License v Pass a criminal background check v Must be 18 years of age or older Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year COVID-19 considerations: To keep our customers and Field Service Support as safe as possible we will be wearing state required masks, using hand sanitizer and social distancing rules of 6 feet.
