Future studio spaces

I'm looking for artists that are interested in renting out studio space. It's not available at the moment. I'm mostly testing the waters right now any seeing if anybody would be interested in a year. There is a gallery upfront and a large space in the back that can be divided up into various studio to work not live in. The vision is somewhat like a foundry/coop where the artists that have studios would also tend to the gallery space. First I would like to find a trustworthy artist that would help manage the space/artists and in return would receive free studio space. Just throwing this out there and seeing if anybody is interested.
